Step 1: Initial Consultation

We'll also schedule a site visit and survey, where we:
- Inspect and measure the space

- Provide a draft layout to help you visualize the transformation (Survey charge: $1/SF, $500 minimum)
Step 2: Planning and Design
After gathering site data, our architects and designers:
- Develop initial sketches and layout concepts
- Help you select materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Create 3D visualizations if needed
- Finalize a plan aligned with your budget and timeline

Step 3: Permits and Approvals
Renovations and builds often require paperwork—permits, zoning checks, and
sometimes landmark approvals.Our legal and technical teams handle:
- Building permits
- Electrical, plumbing, and specialty permits
- Zoning or historic compliance approvals if necessary
We simplify the complex so you can focus on the exciting parts.
Step 4: Construction Phase
Once approvals are secured, construction begins:
- Demolition, framing, and core systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Finish carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, painting, and fixtures
- Site supervision by a dedicated Project Manager to ensure timelines and quality
Our team is trained to anticipate issues early and solve them quickly, minimizing delays and surprises.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough and Delivery
At project completion:
- We conduct a full walkthrough with you

- Close out permits and legal documents
